Lior Pick, Adv. (CPA), born 1969, formerly of S. Horowitz & Co. Law Offices, with about 9 years’  exclusive specialization in the various fields of taxation (income tax, land betterment tax, international taxation, V.A.T. and more) and also in the capital market, securities and companies. His accounting knowledge, as well as his extensive experience in taxation, enables our office to handle complex files that demand an in-depth understanding of the rules of accounting, taxation and their integration with law, business and commerce.

 

Academic qualifications:  LL.B. in law from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya and B.A. in business administration (specialization in finance) from the College of Management, Tel Aviv.

 

In addition to being a lawyer, Lior Pick has been an accountant since January 1 1998. Lior Pick acquired his experience as an accountant during his 5 years working in the Income Tax Commission (as well as in framework of the unit for receivership, liquidation and bankruptcy). Previously, Lior Pick, Adv. (CPA) worked for about a year and a half in the Economic Department of the Stock Exchange in Tel Aviv.

 

Until the establishment of the firm, Lior Pick, Adv. (CPA), managed the tax department in the law offices of Cohen Lahat & Co. where, among other things, he handled some of the country’s largest food companies, as well as public and other companies in the real estate, investments, hi-tech industries and more. Furthermore, Lior Pick, Adv. (CPA), advises various bodies that are active in the capital market, including a number of mutual trust fund managers in Israel and private funds. Lior Pick, Adv. (CPA) advises and monitors various transactions (including land), while placing particular emphasis on the taxation aspects entailed therein, regularization vis à vis the authorities (pre-rulings and/or assessment debates) and more.

 

Lior Pick, Adv. (CPA) is secretary of the Tel Aviv branch of STEP, an international organization comprising about 10,000 members worldwide who specialize in international taxation, trusts, real estate, estate and wills.

LL.B. in law from the academic track of the College of Management.

 

Trained in the law offices of A. Amir & Co., who handle various fields of business - commercial law, with emphasis on, among other things, company law and land.

 

Member of the Israel Bar Association since June 2004.

 

Teaching Assistant in the Law School of the College of Management.

Hila Mor, Adv.

 

LL.B. in law from Bar-Ilan university, Ramat-Gan.

 

Trained in the law offices of Shiboleth, Yisraeli, Robertz Zisman and Co., who handle various fields of  business-commercial law, with emphasis on, among other things, company and land.  

 

Member of the Israel Bar Association since June 2007.
